By downloading, installing, or using the PulseElix mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

PulseElix uses a virtual coin system for accessing premium features. Coins can be purchased through the Apple App Store using real money.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
PulseElix and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.
The App may contain references to anime figures, characters, and franchises owned by third parties. We do not claim ownership of such content and use it only for identification and organizational purposes.

We strive to keep PulseElix available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to PulseElix at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App from your device. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
